I had a scheduled in person pickup at 6 pm, but when I arrived timely, store was already closed (evidently closed at 5 pm) I then had to do everything online which took an additional 30 minutes, which was annoying. Would have been helpful to know this in advance.

LINDA NVery present said they would make note of the pads but nothing they could do about it. She also stated that uhaul doesn't provide those are dollies to the retailers. That needs to be fixed. My furniture is scrached to hell. I will be using someone else from now on and put thus out to the military community no more DITY moves form uhual.
