entire process was horrible. the app was terrible, the station owner had to call UHaul for me to complete the transaction. Then on return station owner had to call again, take the information down -- the App again failed -- then I had no confirmation of final cost etc. for several days.

Quintella SI would NOT recommend your company at all! The entire experience was the worst! Starting with your app that doesn’t work at all then getting on with customer service who insists that I was lying and nothing is wrong with your app. Just horrible horrible horrible I would never ever go through that experience again. Your customer service should realize the only reason they have a job is because of customers and stop criticizing them for not being able to use your horrible horrible app! It doesn’t work! Did I say it was a horrible experience???
KAREN MThe only issue here is that this is really an app only pick-up location and the uhaul app is pretty buggy. The past few months its been buggier than it had been a year ago, and it makes pick-ups frustrating.
