My original reservation was a nightmare when I went to pick up my U-Haul after hours location, they had no record of my reservation so I did not get my U-Haul and had to lose my deposit on my apt because I was not out on time. Then I get told I can leave this U-Haul at a U-HAUL LOCATION 0.3miles away from my original pick up spot and get charged a $250+ fee? Someone needs to make this right.
