The location was fine. However, the U-Haul app is severely flawed. Not just glitches, but a real mess that used up an hour of my time and burned up an hour of wages as I’d hired people to help load and unload. Calls to support did very little to resolve the trouble with the app as i was instructed to clear my browser before accessing the link that i was about to receive in a text message. Upon receiving the message, I immediately clicked on the link. A message then appeared advising the link had expired. I’ve never heard of a link expiring in less than ten seconds. I’ve never been so inconvenienced by anything that was actually created to simplify a process. There’s no possible way Ryder’s or Penske’s rental procedures could be as outrageously lacking.
Suzanne JStore had horrible coustmer service. I booked an appointment online with no insurance and 20 mile charge. But when I got the purchase agreement I was charged insurance and 50 mile fee I did not agree to terms. So they refunded me but told me it would take 5 business days. Thats not ok, cause thats all i had in my bank, thats very scamming like to do. I would not go here and i would never recommend anyone to.
