The exterior of the truck had dead bugs all over the cab and front of the "moms' attic". The windows were very dirty and needed to be washed upon pick up. A better "rental ready" condition would have been appreciated.

William LI paid for a dolly as part of my reservation; however, it was not present in the vehicle when I picked it up. As a result, I had to visit another location to obtain one, where I was charged again and incurred additional mileage on the vehicle. This situation was both time-consuming and inconvenient, especially as I was operating under tight time constraints.
