I originally selected a location much closer to my house that was staffed, and I got moved to a 'self service' location much further from my house. The "self service' process was very annoying and I ended up having to drive extra miles (and I'm charged by the mile on the rental) to get back and forth to the location I didn't select. I also had reserved a dolly/handtruck on my original reservation and there was not one in the back of the truck. I had to go to Home Depot to rent one (which caused me to return the UHaul truck later than I planned).

CHIKE OWhen we arrived, there was nobody there to help us. We had to call 3 different uhaul phone numbers before finally getting the dispatch manager. She was great. A person showed up finally to the location and hour late and didn't even offer to help us until we basically had to go find him to ask for the keys to the truck.
