I can’t say the person was helpful or not the location was closed. I called to get assistance in drop off instructions and got hung up on or no answer. I googled instructions. Fist time using drop off after hours.

cameron Mthe agent guy chris helped me check out the utility trailer is friendly. i told him i will return the next day but i end up finished the same day and returned later that day. when i returned the trailer i also met a friendly guy that works here that helped me to unload the trailer. these are super nice guys. i definitely recommended this place for everyone needs a uhaul.
