Only thing is I pay for a dolly and there was no dolly in the truck

Two things that made this a less than excellent rental. First the brakes on the truck seemed to be soft. I really had to stand on them to brake. The second issue was with filling the gas tank. We drove 25 miles and when refilling the tank prior to drop off it ended up taking well over 9 gallons. My assumption was the pump would turn off when the tank was full. Apparently the gas gauge and the tank are not showing the same volume. The gentleman that took the return truck was not in the least concerned when I told him this. I think the tank filling requirements need to be more clearly explained to renters.

Renting the trailer was easy. The issue I had was out of your control of traveling 25 miles out of my way to pick up a trailer that had not been returned.

The inside was dirty/dusty, there were items from last person on truck, belt, beads etc. The 2 guys working showed up 30 to 45 mins late, we had to wait to get truck. Usually it's not that bad. Must be an off day!

Should have excess from side road or back. During busy traffic it is very difficult to merge with lane exiting from I94 to enter U-haul drive way.

Understand the transaction when the customer has the paperwork other than saying a manager rang you up a manager has to help you. Also the corporate office Devon assisted me but Jennifer need customers service training. You do not hang up on customers. I didn't get loud or rude there was no reason to hang up. Now I have been on hold for 35 plus minutes waiting to speak to Jennifer manager. After 39 minutes Chris a manager got on the phone and say he was going to put in a complaint from. I heard a ot of typing, ask for my return # and gave a file # 2052448

According to my bill I was billed for a dolly and pads and none in the circle. There was slow tires on both front right and back left. Low tire gage went off entire time. Very rude people.

I returned the truck after using it for 20 miles. The website said it used abt 10/mile to the gallon. I put in two gallons and brought my receipt. Apparently it didn't look right so I had to go to a gas station and put in enough to cover the line. That took 3 gallons because the gauge wasn't moving. It seems the company should let the managers use common sense. Obviously I didn't have to go and fill it with more gas. It was logical, but I stilll had to.

I reserved a truck for Sunday morning at 8 am, I talked to two people the day before and they both confirmed my 8 am pick up. When we got to the pickup place, not open, our truck wasn't where it was supposed to be, after we finally found the truck we were blocked in by another truck. The store was supposed to open at 9 am, no one showed up until 9:25 am! Worst experience ever!!!!
