Make sure you have trucks that people reserved 6 days in advance. And the call center is not helpful at all. I was told I would get a credit and did not.

I reserved a truck. The following morning I was called at 7 am by a rep stating that there is a glitch in the system and the truck that I reserved was not really available. She found another location much further away who had a smaller truck available. When I arrived at my scheduled pick up time there were 0 available trucks. I finally received a truck an hour later. When I arrived at my destination there was no appliance dolly in the truck, which specifically stated that I needed. My wife had to go to another location in order to get the dolly at which point she was charged another fee. Overall this experience was terrible and unfortunate. No I would not recommend Uhaul at all.

I was very disappointed when I arrived at 8:15am to pickup my truck (scheduled for an 8:30am pickup) and there was a line out the door of people that had been re-routed to this location because other locations did not have the vehicles they needed. This would have been fine if the line was moving but there was only one employee at the location taking care of everyone so the process was extremely slow. We were not able to obtain our truck until after 9:15am and when you have people waiting to help you move a house full of items expecting you to be at the home by 9am that is quite the inconvenience.

My reservation was delayed. The 24hr number for the General Manager was a message line. No one answered. When you are moving, every minute is expensive. There were NO available spaces to park the truck. How can you return a truck, with nowhere to return it?? The entire mobile check-in was too long and definitely NOT user friendly.

The service was good overall at the location. After return however I had forgotten that I did not use the furniture pads that I had played for. I called customer service and no one could answer my question on whether I can be reimbursed or not. I talked to numerous individuals. That is crazy that I couldn't get an answer, a refund for the pads or simply a no. Totally frustrating to say the least. I didn't even receive a call back like I was told. That is not great customer service.

When Checking in the rental the man was rather rude and when I got my final receipt he charges me an additional 100 miles I never drove. I went back to ask about it and unlike any other normal person who would have checked the mileage on the rental he just took my word for it and r funded the money. Seems a little fishy I will never go back

We returned at 6:56 PM..the store was supposed to close at 7:00. Unfortunately the two workers there locked the doors and were unavailable to assist with our return. They stayed in he store and started to walk out as we got in our cars. That did nit make an imoression on us at all.
