Employee helping me had mask around chin. Disappointing. Also, when returning truck, one person working (same employee, mask still around chin), and 5 of us in line. I ended up outside doing online return. First time at this location, unsure if I will use them again.

I has an issue with the mobile check in process. My Location Services were enabled, but the website was unable to recognize my location. I popped into the facility and the staff was incredibly helpful and had me on my way within minutes.
Could not do my reservation online as requested and ended up calling in my reservation to customer service. At the time of the call told different than what the manager said 2 days prior. Then when getting that discrepancy cleared up was then given a different price for per mile. At the store I was not able to complete my part online for the reservation. How can you require things online yet doesn't work ?
The young lady operating the front desk was polite and efficient. Renting A U-Haul truck from this location is the best experience I have ever had.
Lower the mileage prices
I tried to check in using the app, but it wouldn't work because it could not determine my location. After checking in at the counter (which was a good experience (fast, helpful, everyone wearing masks) I again needed to use my cellphone to confirm damage, fuel, mileage, condition of truck, etc.. It took over half an hour, with the connection finally freezing during a picture upload. After another trip to the counter the manager came out to help. So the entire check out process took about one hour. Oh, that includes my reservation was for one location, and when I went there they told me my reserved truck was at a different location 2 miles further away.

Customer service rep was very attentive, informative and helpful. All of which made for an easy pleasant experience.
I had problems accessing the website due to it not being able to locate my phone even though location services was switched on. Luckily I was picking up and dropping off during normal business hours. The van was not extremely clean: pretzel on the floor, McDonald's cup tucked in the side railing in the back. Staff often wasn't wearing masks. Returning the vehicle seemed to take awhile as the employee was on a smoke break the entire time.
Had trouble locating a truck online and had to call customer service to make the arrangements. Spoke to Tim in Texas and he was very very helpful! Thank you all. We might need to use a smaller truck later on and will be sure to call Uhaul.
I AM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF UHAUL AT FIRST TO CONTACTED THE LITTLE MACK LOCATION IN ST CLAIR SHORES THE FEMALE ATTENDANT SAID NOTHING AVAILABLE AND OFFERED NO HELP I WAS DISAPPOITED WITH THE SERVICE BUT WNT TO YOUR LOCATION ON GRATIOT AND FRAHZO IN ROSEVILLE AND RECIEVED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I reserved a 10 truck via on-line and it was not available when going to pick it up. I was offered a cargo van instead and accepted it. DO NOT OVERBOOK. I would like a deduction in my bill due to the inconvenience.
The mobile phone check-in process failed. I could upload my headshot, but when I tried to upload my driver's license photos, it just said "loading". I had similar problems when going through the inspection process before taking the vehicle off the lot.
Found half smoked cigar butt on dashboard and cigarette vapor in cup holder was all sticky

It was very busy I had a scheduled time to pick up at 9:00 took until 11:00 to get cargo trailer. One way to Florida was given drop off place close to me on Fruitville rd was denied to leave it there because he â€œhad no roomâ€. Had to take to Tamami trail also was told no room take to Bradenton which is 1/2 hour drive. No I'm pissed and denied left it there. I paid 364.00 fir a 4x8 cargo trailer should not have to deal with that kind of service!

everything was good at the gratiot location. I reserved a trailer at the 13 and ryan location for saturday but the person who rented it before me didnt return it on time so i went to get the trailer and couldnt. very inconvienent to have to check around and find another trailer

Return app would not work . Needs work also reservation app very glitchy.
