PENNY WRude and impatient. I even did the stupid company a favor and towed a trailer just to be harassed and threatened by “customer service” Called me at 6am when I was sleeping after traveling and the complications of moving. Weren’t understanding at all and just wanted to know when they were getting their truck. “Moving made easier” but gonna stress you the f*** out. Thanks for nothing. I will NEVER use or recommend Uhaul ever again.
Cullen CI originally had a reservation at Paul's bargain place on west 2nd st. The store was closed i called every number that was on the building no one answered I finally found a number on the internet and the gentleman answered he said he was running late he would be there shortly. Almost 2 hours later he had not shown up and try contacting him a few times he did not answer any of my phones calls. So I decided to try and find another place to rent a uhaul which I finally found one at alien city towing. Thank goodness for them the employee there was kind a super fast and got us going. Thank you alien city towing and recovery
