Put a jack on all trailers. I pulled a muscle in my back trying to get it off. At the drop off location no one was there to help.

I am still waiting to receive my receipt. I was given a receipt with the incorrect ending mileage. After calling and speaking with the representative on the phone, he was able to confirm that the wrong mileage was indeed on my receipt being charged and that he would correct it and send a new receipt. I am still waiting for the receipt. I plan to call again and follow up later today.

No one was there when I arrived to pick up trailer. I called number and was told which trailer to hook up and take. No one was there to help with anything and no paperwork to sign or received. I did get a screen shot of where to drop the trailer off.

I dropped the trailer off in a lightly paved uneven field in. When I pulled up there was a small office building with an open sign, but the building was locked. I was forced to call the number on the sign in which a man instructed me to leave the trailer 'wherever I could find room.' This put me in an extremely uncomfortable position as I was then forced to back into a tiny spot which was hardly big enough for the trailer with no help. I then had to unhook everything myself, and the most upsetting part of all is that I had to unhitch the trailer (which didn't have a crank to make it easy to unhitch. The trailer was heavy and I pulled my back trying to unhook it since I didn't have anyone to move the truck forward while pulling the trailer off the ball hitch. I will never use Uhaul again because of this experience as I am now writing this review from a doctors office. I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this and will not let them use this location if nothing else for their safety.

The person wasn’t there even though it was before closing hours. So I just parked the trailer next to another one and left. I didn’t get a receipt for my rental either.

Truck needed to be sent to shop for numerous repairs. A/C did not work, only blew hot engine air on the hottest two days of the year. Absolutely no suspension, could not identify any vehicle following me on my trip because the mirrors vibrated so much. Rented out a one-way truck with only a quarter of tank of fuel. Should have gone to Penske.

No one is ever there. Lines of customers outside and we all had to call the number on the door. I was told to reserve a truck online and it'll be delivered there. Truck want there so he told me to take the big truck and he'll charge for the smaller. Will I got charged for the bigger truck... Won't go with Uhaul again

I had scheduled to pick up the truck at 9:00 am. I got there, and the 'open' sign was on, but no one was there. I called the number on the sign out front and left several messages. I finally left around 9:30. At 10:00 Charlie called and said he had lost his phone.... I don't understand how that would stop him from being at the location for my appointment, but he said it did. I told him I was 10 mins away. When I got there, he was still not there, so I called the number he had called me from. He gave me the code to get the key out of the lockbox. I asked him about the dolly I ordered. He said he did not have any dollies. I told him I could not move without one. He said he didn't know what I wanted him to tell me. He does not have any dollies. So I had to prurchase one. He also quoted me a price that was about $50 higher than the price that I recieved on the internet (and that price included the dolly rental). But he said that I was wrong!



Location was amazing. Prices on u boxes is outrageous being that the price has more than doubled. I just used that service 1 year ago. I chose a trailer instead. Very inconvenient. Corporate should reconsider biz model
