There should be some sort of counter and person there. Cell service ATT, was 1 bar at best, at times fading and disconnecting. Luckily, Scott, the manager, stopped by and finished the transaction.if it wasn’t for Scott, I would have cancelled transaction. Process by phone took over an hour
