I basically was ignored when I returned my rental truck. The owner runs a vape shop, and serviced his customers before he would recognize me and provide me with service. I was the second customer, and he greeted me and knew I was returning a rental truck. A 3rd customer entered. When the first customer concluded his transaction, the owner looked to the third customer asking "may I help you" I was stunned, and spoke up as I was next, and I needed to conduct my business and get out of there. He told me too "standby" so he could help the third customer. I left the keys, and left the store, in which he informed me that "they" may charge me more. I don't know who they are, since he is receiving the rental which was in perfect shape. I will NOT be back. No respect, not even a statement to me asking IF he could service the 3rd customer, and would I mind waiting. Racist behavior.
KIRK GI was charged the $15 Insurance coverage when i had opted out of it and didn't want it,he charged me anyway. It's Deceptive and fraudulent when id already refused it. I was going to give him more business but I'm thoroughly disappointed with Mohammed at that location in Rowletr,TX
