Provide clearer instructions and confirmation within the app regarding reservation updates. My reservation wasn't updated, despite changes, but I was able to resolve it by calling U-Haul's helpline.

Service was good but truck was dirty. Quite a bit of dirt, food crumbs, used water bottles in both front and back. I cleaned it up before returning.
