Could not find the return center. Saw 2 trailers but there are multiple businesses here. Hard to find where to go. Need more signage

Tamara SI had my reservation changed 3 hours before pickup. They then provided a truck that did not have the utility dolly, furniture dolly, or 6 furniture pads I pre paid for. I checked in through the app and listed that they were not there. I did not receive a refund for these items. I tried calling in for assistance and the rep put me on the phone for ten minutes without ever asking me what I specifically needed help with. They simply took ten minutes to pull the account. Then after returning from hold, I was hung up on. I need my refund for the items I paid for but didn’t receive. This was not the locations fault this was the fault of the Richmond customer service office. They are awful.
