I rented the truck on Saturday about 12 PM and returned it at 5:55 the next day on SUNDAY, NOT on Monday. And I put an 1/8 of a tank more of gas in it than I needed to, and I’m still being charged for all three days. It’s not my fault that they are closed on Sunday when I returned it. To me, that’s wrong.

Express Tire is trying to say that we put some damage on the truck we rented. This was already there and he says that there are no other reports of this from the past. I firmly believe that they damaged it and are trying to pin this on us. You can check my record of which you will not find any thing on and you can call my insurance State Farm. If he adds damage and Uhaul tries to pin it on us, I will take this as high as I need to. We’ve also rented from Uhaul in the past with no issues. He inspected this truck before hand and knew this damage was present.

We were given the Uhaul number to call to be told the site to drop it off. The first site they told us to go to had a fence around it so we could not drop off the Uhaul. We had to call back and get a second location to drive to. Would be good for the uhaul rep to know which locations have access or not so they could direct to the right place the first time. Otherwise, it all went smoothly.

Nothing. The process was seamless and overall pleasant. I will have a need to move more of my furniture in the near future and will be using U-Haul again.

This is the only location I have been to where someone did not either hook up the trailer for you or at least verify the connection and lights. I was given the paperwork inside and he told me the number of the trailer and its out that way.

Cesar was very nice, the equipment was not in good shape. The trailers were dirty, and even though we checked the lights to verify they worked, I was stopped by the state police for not having running lights and only one brake light.

I am disappointed to learn that online reservations do not actually reserve. Seems pointless to reserve. I reserved a truck at a different location only to learn that it was unavailable on pickup day. I was sent to this location (where I somehow had a reservation I had not made) and found that it was essentially first come, first served, and other customers who had reserved (even far in advance of me) were simply out of luck. So far as this location goes, I was impressed. I was not very impressed with U-Haul's reservation policies, however.

I reserved my truck online and showed up to get the truck. On my U-Haul app it showed everything right. After the guy at the counter started checking me in everything on my app changed. The price went from $91 to $114 and the miles allowed went from 156 to 96. He called his manager who had no idea what to do either and was just as clueless. Finally they tried to do it manually and discounted the truck to what it showed on the screenshots I had on my phone to make sure I had something to go off of. They changed the days from two to one so when I returned the truck the next day thinking I was early I was actually late being charged another $70. Thankfully the guy at Elite Auto in Clinton, AR knew what he was doing and helped me get it straightened out.

I never got a call the day before my pick up to confirm that my uhaul was ready and then after i picked it up and got on the road i found out that the trailer had lights out i spent 15 dollars on a light and didn't fix the problem tested my truck wiring and that was working so the trailer had wiring problems would not recommend at all

Well I was told that the pickup location was somewhere totally different and then I was only give the exact miles from my house to my new house and wasn't given any room for mileage from the pick up location to my house and then from my new house to the drop off location. There was no room for error so after paying $300 to rent a uhaul for the weekend i was charged an additional $30 for mileage on top of filling the truck back up the full. I was very dissatisfied with my experience. Everything felt very disorganized including my paperwork saying that my truck had to be dropped off at one time and another piece of paper saying a different time leading me to get there when the office wasn't open.

When I picked up the vehicle from the lot it had about 1/4 a tank of fuel 66 miles to empty. I took a photo before I pulled of the lot. I returned it with above 1/4 of a tank 88 miles to empty and they told me I needed more fuel. Apparently the location I picked it up at did not log the actual fuel level. I waited 2 hours that morning for the truck while he could not get the papa we work correct. I was quoted a 20’ truck for $422 along with a car hauler for $79 and an appliance fillet for $12 totaling $513. I paid a totals of $ 694 and some change. No one has yet to tell my I was charged an extra $181! Sadly I had to just go do to relocating for a new job. I would really like to have a call as to the extra charge and that money back. I will never use U-Haul again. My number is 479-567-2911.

I went to pick up my trailer and the correct size was not available. They brought out a 6 x 12 trailer which my truck could not pull. I had to wait an hour and got a smaller trailer than what I ordered.
