The link was not responding properly. Tried calling several times to get help. Took over 45mins to get into truck. App wouldn’t let us take pictures of truck then finally did. It was much harder than it should have been!

GABRIEL LThe owner cancelled my reservation. So it made it hard to rebook. Normally one can drop a trailer off at a location where it’s needed for a discounted price. And this led to a series of being sent over and over to the call centre, who also was poorly trained. I never received instructions of the drop off location. After numerous calls eventually I was sent the details. That area was poorly marked as well. Over all a disappointment.
