The trailer that I rented didn't have a jack so I had to use the one from my truck and when the trailer came off the hitch it rolled forward and hit my bumper.

All in all I would say that my experience was not terrible. However, it was a very bad inconvenience. First, they charged my card for an extra day for rental and for the insurance. Not because I was late, but because the person who cleans and checks the vehicles put it in late which resulted in me having to pay for another day. That may not have been a big issue if I did not have to drive 20 minutes back to the location to get my refund. On top of that, doing the math myself I should have been refunded $38 roughly, maybe a little bit more. I was given $36. I am not the type to get angry over a couple of dollars, so I did not say anything to the manager at the time. However, in the future another customer may complain about that while in person. I do think that they need to make sure their employees are charging the right amount before actually charging your card. That way, no one is inconvenienced the same way.

The only problem I had was the trailer description provided by U-haul. When you described the trailer as a 6x12 with ramp I assumed the ramp would be 6 feet wide, it wasn't. It was only 57 inches. I rented this size specifically because I needed an opening of at least 62 inches to allow my UTV, 60 inches wide, to fit on the trailer. Everything was taken care of by the manager. She fortunately had a utility trailer (6x12) without a loading ramp that was wide enough to allow the loading of my UTV. You need to put in your description the width of the loading ramp.

Tracey made it happen, she is your shinning star. If I need to rent another truck I'm renting uhaul from this location. How ever check out home Depot flatbed truck deals, they are unbelievable.

Ordered a truck from Caro, Mi., to be picked up at 4, got there and they were closed, because of the heat, closed at 1, never bothered to call and tell us. Never again from that location, beware! Called U-Haul, they went out of their way to find us another truck, we were desperate, move was the next day. I would definitely recommend calling them direct if you need a truck. Thank you again

Trailer worked great for me. There was a lot of damage to the trailer but none of it affected the use of the trailer. Personnel were very kind and easy to work with.

The gas level was not at the level they indicated on the receipt, when I started. So I had to put more gas in, then I would of with just my use. This was an aggravation to me. I feel the last person to use this truck should of been responsible for this, or the personnel. The first truck I was given was on empty, I had to get out and go back in and ask for a different truck. So these are issues that need to be addressed before anyone comes to pick up any of the vehicles, especially if you have a time issue. plus, I preregistered online to make my visit quicker. It did not.
