Perhaps make sure maintenance is done properly. So customers are not stuck with a full truck of their belongings with a door that will not close. Setting their move back a day when they are on a tight schedule.

Received 26 ft truck. Had ordered blankets and dolly. Was not told they did not have them there so had to go to other location to pick them up. She did loan it at no charge. After loading the entire vehicle stopped to get gas since it was only 1/4 full. As we were about to leave, noticed gas pouring out of a hole in the tank. Had to wait close to two hours for service to arrive He fixed the problem and informed us this was a common problem with these trucks. People drilling hole and stealing gas. If this was known, why wasnt this found at inspection by employees. Made our moving experience a terrible time. I did call customer service and Stephanie Smith was very understanding and helpful
