I was told that is was going to be $29.95 extra per day. I was charged $40 per day. I was also charged for extra mileage when I was sent to the wrong place for drop off. The place I was sent to is no longer a retailer for U-Haul. Everything else was great, I just feel like I was overcharged.

Easy pick up and easy return of the trailer
DANIEL MBoth places, people very helpful. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL WAS AWFUL!!! Like constant chaos trying to rent and return the trailer through uhaul website, or over the phone. When I picked up trailer, I told them where I wanted to return it, they put this in the system, then I get a text and email telling me to return to another location approximately 50 miles from my home two counties away.
