I returned after hours, but the location was terrible. Very small, narrow driveway i had to back the trailer in and guess where I should drop it.

Easy to get to from the Tri-cities. Not alot of parking at the location. Staff was friendly - despite having some computer issues with the uhaul system. It was a quick transaction, and that was good.
