Girl was rude. I returned truck at 11am and girl was there. She told me the liquor store doesn't open till 12. I dropped key and contract in box. Then I see a $20 charge for after hour return. Really. The truck was not due back till 5pm. Would appreciate a $20 refund. Thanks Jeff Thomas

The staff was horrible, didn't know anything and the trailer the lights didn't work on. Even after buying a new adapter like the guy said when we rented it the running lights still did not work and they didn't care. We were late 30 min returning the trailer and they charged us an extra day. Would not work with us at all. The lady had no idea got to release the trailer to get the ball off ( this added to the returning late time) we always rent from uhaul but will be looking other places for the next rental.

The people at One Stop Liquors were very courteous and ready to help with any minor question. All went well with my experience, although the app was difficult to navigate when dropping off the equipment. There seem to be many pages you can land when clicking links to your orders and finding the drop off page to complete the process. It became irritating. Maybe some of the problem was me, but I think this pick up and drop off process should be simplified and easier to get to by making it specific on a drop down menu.

This rental has been a nightmare. I used the 24/7 app to rent the truck and was provided keys to a different vehicle than was on the contract. I called customer service and was told to use the vehicle for which the keys worked. I was told they would note my account. This obviously did not happen as when i returned the truck I received a notice that over $350 was owed for mileage. It would be physically impossible for me to have driven the amount of miles I was being charged for. I called customer service again and was told they would put a hold on any charges and a manager would call me. This hasn't happened. I have no received an invoice for over $111 stating I had the van for more than 2 days???? I need this corrected immediately and any charges to my credit card reversed.

The checkout procedure was cumbersome (problems accepting scan of drivers lisence) but the One Stop employee was very helpful and eventually found a way to make it work. The van was clean and in excellent condition and the fully functioning air conditioner was greatly appreciated on a very hot moving day.

92694467 My preferred location was 200 E. Fabyan, Batavia. I made a visit to this location on 07/05 to ensure I could pick up the van on 07/13 and there would be a person onsite to assist with the Check out. When I arrived at my preferred location on 07/13, I was told the van was given away the day before and wouldn't be back until later that day. I was told I should have received an email indicating the pick was changed to another location. I never received an email. We had no other choice but to go to the other location (about 3 miles further). All of this pushed my schedule back about 1.5 hours, I has people waiting to help with the move. This is very poor customer service and is unacceptable.

Key Drop Box was on the opposite side of the building from the Key Pick up box. If the store owner was not available I would not have known where to find it. Could be very confusing for the next renter.

I rented a full car trailer and the passenger side wheel strap was broken, luckily i had rope in my truck and used that to tie it down.

I went to rent out the truck and the appliance dolly. The guy told me that every U-Haul location has appliance dollies. He booked me a truck and dolly at a different location because he didn't has the truck which is 15'. I went to pickup at the different location and they didnt have the appliance dolly. so i got the truck from here and had to go back to pick up the dolly from somewhere else.

Picking up a truck at a liquor store was kind of strange and shady. The next time you will tell me that I have to pick up the truck at a funeral home! The gentleman who helped me at this location was fine. Next time maybe I should buy a fifth of liquor from the store for the truck.

We had trouble with the app. We had a lot of trouble with the app when we were returning the truck so we were glad that the location was open and able to help us.

The only problem I had was with the traffic manager supervisor, I believe his name is Kevin. Since the tow dolly and track were in seperate locations, my plan was to attach the tow dolly to my vehicle and then pick up the truck. I could then attach the tow dolly to the truck, load the car and then proceed. The owner at St. Charles, the location of the tow dolly, called the traffic manager who then consulted with Kevin. She came back with a "not allowed" from Kevin. This meant that I had to make a 25 mile drive to De Kalb, the location of the truck, leave my car there and make the 25 mile drive back to St. Charles for the dolly. I then picked up some furniture in Sycamore but had to drive back to De Kalb to load the car onto the tow dolly. This cost me approximately 2 hours on what was a long trip. This is the first time I have had a bad experience in all my dealings with Uhaul. If customer assistance and service is important, then I would recommend assigning Kevin to another position where he will not be having a negative effect on customer satisfaction.
