The pickup locations owner was extremely friendly and professional. The unfortunate part is U-Haul as a whole handled my reservation very poorly. I asked for a a 10-ft truck to be picked up in one location. I had a hotel reservation and I had to board my dog. The day before I was told that location could no longer Supply my truck. But I can go to this new location. It was only an extra 30 minutes having said that if what I wanted wasn't available then I should not have been allowed to make the reservation.. I wasn't even offered a discount. For the inconvenience that you all caused me. Would I recommend the location that I picked up my truck again yes would I recommend U-Haul again absolutely not
