The individual who waited on me could not get into the system and spent a lot of time on the phone with his boss. Neither seemed to know how to get into the U-Haul software. While he spent his time complaining about U-Haul being a problem, I signed in and went through the process to pickup the 10 truck. After a little convincing that this worked he eventually decided to give me the keys to the vehicle listed on my phone by id number. It was cool but I would not recommend this site as they seemed to not know what they were doing.
Michael BI said to leave this truck in Moncton but they made a mistake and wrote Saint John and it gave me problems.
DZIANIS ZWas able to drive off the truck around 11am because the front desk wasn't at the location the time we arrived and was having issues on the system. Then we were charged double because we are overtime???
Carren DA little difficult to find as largely unmarked. Great and very friendly staff.
