Double axle trailers need some type of jack for the tongue of trailer for when it's not hooked to a hitch. We didnt have enough room to keep it hooked while filling it. We would block the city sidewalk and rodeway. We couldn't lift filled trailer to hook up to hitch. It was horrible. We tried to plug in lights and it blew the fuse on it. We also had a hard time shutting and opening the back of uhaul. It was very stubborn and not a one person job. This is our second time renting the bigger trailer and we had a problem both times with lifting to the hitch. We are disabled and it made it very difficult. We also had to travel at night with a blown fuse. We have yet to find said blown fuse to replace it.

Kevin OThe brake system did not work. This experience was MISERABLE driving through the mountains. It was so much harder on my truck than it should be. The location and person working were awesome no issues there just the trailer brakes
