Terrible location, terrible service. Location was not even a U-Haul store or any kind of moving company was a ghetto restaurant on Delmar and the 15 foot ruck was just parked across the street and I didn’t even get my dollie like I paid for. To make things worse my U-Haul order did not show on the App initially and crashed on me multiple times when trying to upload photos would have honestly been better going to any other box truck option still have not even seen my refund for the dollie. DO NO RENT FROM THE KEY AND WHITE GROUP IT IS SOME GHETTO ASS OZELLS KITCHEN FUCKNG 3x3 BODEGA SELLING BLUNT WRAPS AND CHICKEN WINGS WTF U-HAUL

WYATT When the destination delivery company and address was incorrect, the address and drop off now is a cafe with no real places to park, i had to park across the road on the street after i had to make multiple calls to find the hole in the wall place

David FLocation, location, Location.. such a convenient location and a blessing to be able to have access to it in the neighborhood..yes this is a no frills place that could benefit from a cosmetic spruce up but the counter help Donna was very accommodating and the telephone help guy made things quick, painless and efficient. It helps to go on line before hand and know what to expect but with a little support this site has the potential to be a great resource for the community and run smooth as silk. Me and my elderly mother got in and out with a great truck that made our move less stressful..The return was surprisingly easy especially if you are ok with self service. Try to do most things during business hours because there is no key drop..Overall, will definitely use this Location again..keep it open and build it up..
