This place was sketchy. The truck was not ready. It was not checked in from the last person that had it. Our rental pick up time was 10 we did not leave there until after 11am. The green tag on the blankets was already broke off before we got it. The biggest issue is my card was charged $345.80 putting my account in the negative bc I knew it would even be $200 which it was around $170 so still waiting for that to be corrected and I better not get charged an overdraft fee for something that was not my fault. One reason I heard we got the truck late was bc the employee that did the U-Haul stuff was a half hour late which is uncalled for. I know the U-Haul employee I talked to on the phone said there was issues with the system but all my issues were not due to that. I do expect some type of response back from U-Haul.
