I dropped off my truck on the weekend, the same day I rented it from Iowa. I went through the inspection on my app and when I went to drop my key off in the box it had a padlock code. I tried to call the number but it was disconnected. I have to wait 2 days for them to open so I can return the key and not get charged.

Dangerous and unsettling place I left key in the back
Tanaka CPick up location was changed to a remote locaiton without sufficient notice and required two trips to a different location to get furniture pads and mattress covers which were not in the truck. Pickup instructions were not clear and required almost an hour to complete.
William CI ordered an appliance dolly, however I never received it. The uhual location was supposed to be open from 9am-6pm and there wasn’t anyone there. We spent 1 hour on the phone with costumer service trying to locate the key. Overall terrible experience and I will not book with them again.
