You texted the link to the video that shows how to access the rental truck to my land line. Thus, I was unable to see it, and when I arrived at this "satellite" Uhaul location, I was unable to access the truck. Fortunately, a maintenance man was in the building and helped me find someone to speak to on the phone. He emailed to me the video, but I was unable to download the Uhaul app because it required that I use an certain email address and password. When I entered the correct password (multiple times), it still denied me from downloading the app. I will not use UHaul again only because of the difficulty dealing with the app.

Have a box clearly labeled where to drop keys. There’s a mailbox there but it doesn’t have any indication that there is where the keys go for after hour drop offs. There was no personnel there at the time which is why it was a no for them being helpful. Overall it was a great experience
Antawn HUpon arriving 2 minutes before closing the employee locked the door in front of me. Granted I was able to return the truck online and that was very easy app to complete. This location was confusing on were to drop off the key and it did not indicate that it was a U-Haul location.

Gilda WThe attendant was rude and unhelpful. He refused to help us check in with our rental and would not take the call from UHaul when he was called to verify our rental. The app check in also did not work. The entire pick up experience was a disaster and took almost an hour.
