I dropped off after hours and forgot a bin in the truck. Kelly at the site worked with me to get it back. She was very timely in her communication for me to get it back.
PATRICK GWhen i did everything before hand and then I had to do it all over again that was ridiculous and it took 30 min to do it all. When someone picks up the truck and it takes 30 min that's ridiculous. The pick up experience was not good. There was garbage in the cab that we did not see till a little later.

Jerome WAclot of caveats, but they made it right. N9 trucks where I wanted to rent, so they researched, found 7s a truck, but did not charge the mileage, as I only needed a one way and it ended up being round trip.
