There was no assistance to load the trailer onto the truck, and without trailer jack very difficult with one person. Trailer was in snow.

Office was closed got charged for fuel after putting in fuel to where fuel level was when I picked up the U-Haul

Allan SThe roads were very sloppy and wet so was hard to keep it clean so it was picked up dirty and brought back dirty. I was ok with that, only thing was sometimes the message would come up on my truck to check the trailer lights. I think the wiring by the ball had a broken or loose wire and would not make contact once in a while but worked for the most part. It worked well for the time I needed it.
