I had booked and confirmed pick up at Largo location, it was a mile from the house we were moving furniture from. Didn't get the email that morning they changed my pick up to st pete 20 minutes away. Luckily we were early to the pick up and told the new address to go to. Got there it is a self service location.. nobody to ask Austin's or get help from. Could not find the code to get the key for the truck. Called for help over an hour on the phone trying to figure it out. Wasted almost 2 hours between the extra distance and time on the phone and on our own trying to figure out how to get the key.
