There is nobody there on site. I had to call Nova Scotia for them to get me a key and I could not borrow the trailer I wanted to borrow. I ended up having to borrow a 26 ft which cost me way more in fuel than what I wanted and then when I was all done I was still charged an extra $15 because apparently I went over my mileage bullshit
