Employee didn't open store until 20 minutes late . No knowledge of rental. Did not explain any details just here is the keys. He couldn't get the app to work properly.

kristina bI had selected to pick up the truck self check in at the Talbot location. Did not receive a call the night before indicating they changed my original request to this location. I called to confirm the location and that I could pick up at 8 am. The person I spoke to indicated no problem that the keys would be in the box. When we arrive and I select pick up my truck via the app, it said equipment was missing to call the 1-8 number. They then advise me I have to wait until 9 to pick up at the counter as there is no key box. Not an overall great experience with the company as a whole.
