Very poor experience. We waited almost 2 hours because the employee said his system wasn’t working and told us to get a truck from another location. We ended up paying $399 for a long-distance U-Haul, but the A/C didn’t work in 35–40°C heat. Very disappointing service.

It took me 1.5 hours to pick up i reached at the pick up spot and there system was down aftet 1.5 hourd wait they told ke to write down my credit card infobon the paper which i felt very incomfortable and tham after 1.5 hours thdybhanded over the truck to me it was soo frustrating i called uhaul helpine couple of times but no help i tried other locations before theybwere fine but not this one
