Customer orders a dolly, but there is no dolly. By way of apology the customer is not charged for the dolly they didn't receive. No discount, nothing. Not having the dolly made the move much more difficult. Then when the truck is returned, the store owner doesn't have time to do the walk around because he has to go get his kid from school, so we had to wait for the email telling us the total. Really not the Uhaul I grew up with.
