Joanne DIt would be nice if I could drop the truck off at any location, instead of having to return it to the pick up location. This would make the entire experience much more convenient
Alexandra TI opted out of the damage coverage in my estimate and reservation, and it was added to my final invoice after being modified by the location. The vehicle's tailgate was opening randomly and damaged my personal property. I had informed them when I returned the vehicle. I sent them a message about the invoice and they never responded...
