I rented a 10’ truck and towed my car, the men at the u-haul location were SO HELPFUL!! I wouldn’t have been able to leave the parking lot without their help. They helped me connect the trailer to the truck, then helped connect it and get my car aboard. They were simply amazing from the second I walked in to leaving. Thank you all very much.

LAUREL CI was charged for a had truck that wasn’t in the rental and I believe I was charged to replace hand truck will never use or reccomend again!

THOMAS RThe cellphone pickup process is BRUTAL! If the gentleman that was there after 5 on a Friday didn’t offer to help, I would have not been able to pick up the truck! Kudos to him!!!
