The before hours pick up didn't work out, but we only had to wait half an hour for someone to show up. The gentleman we worked with was incredibly helpful and friendly. The truck was exactly what we ordered and front great. We got the move done and on with our day.

About the only drawback was that when picking up the truck, I was spontaneously asked to return it early (before the office closed for the day, rather than the following morning per my reservation while the office was closed) so that it could be readied for the next customer who would be picking it up while the office was closed (albeit well after my originally scheduled return). This did not end up being a problem, but could have been if weather or other factors would have required me to delay my unload to later in the evening or the following morning. Otherwise, this was a very pleasant experience. It was easy to rent and return the truck, it was clean and worked flawlessly, and auxiliary equipment such as a hand truck and furniture blankets were readily available.
WOLFRAM PI was charged $5 for pads. I did not request pads, There were pads in the truck, but I did not use any pads. I was charged $5 for a utility dolly. I did not request a dolly, There was not a dolly in the truck, I did not / could not have used a dolly that wasn't there. I was charged $5 for Safe trip fee. Don't know what this is, I paid $15 for Safe Trip Move insurance. I don't appreciate being overcharged for hidden fees for services not provided. But, I was 2.5 hours late returning the truck. And they were very understanding and did not charge any additional fees for that. I appreciate there accommodating me on that. So, I am thinking the added overcharges and the not charged late fees probably offset. So I am probably about even on the what the true cost should be but not pleased with how we got there.

DAVID MI was charged for 2 dozen moving blankets and I got six. In my original request I asked for 1 dozen. I asked for a 4 wheeled dolly I didn’t get any but was charged for one.
