I was charged for 2 dozen moving blankets and I got six. In my original request I asked for 1 dozen. I asked for a 4 wheeled dolly I didn’t get any but was charged for one.

Gerald OThe truck and equipment was not ready it was first time I ever took U-Haul with out getting paperwork to check the gas, equipment And the vehicle condition. I was charged for gas and should not have been. I was charged for use of equipment I did not even have access too. Not recommending and I will use a different location next time.
