Both your pick and drop off locations were dingy and remote and the drop off in SouthernCal the guy was incredibly rude. Would not go over the details of my rental to verify I brought the truck back with eight fuel level and right mileage. Amateur hour.

When we got here the gentleman was great but DID NOT have the blankets or dolly we ordered and said they would credit our account which they did not. PLUS the cab smelt so bad of POT…… Not just a lightly smoke smell but one so thick you could smell it on our clothes when you got out.
ROBERT GOffice was closed for the weekend and it was in an just okay part of town.
Jerry GMake sure customers know if they get there by 5 pm they can return their rental to Ed rather than having a contactless experience. Much preferred.
