This was a tow yard. The trailer was buried in the back of the yard behind a locked gate. They wanted me to pick up the trailer a day earlier and I could only do so if I could come at 630. They said someone would be there but I had to ask people coming out to contact md towing because no one was picking up at the number provided. There was no one there but they lived close by and could come grab it. Not only did I have to travel 30 min one way further, I wasted another 45min waiting for the people to show up. Not sure what uhaul is doing with these neighborhood locations but it is terrible.
