Very Close to home, it is a satellite type store. Pickup at a gas station, it was not bad using this site and the App. Close by and quick access were my goals so this fit nicely.

Jason KWe had to do our own checkout including pictures and milage. This seemed odd as the flow of the tasks was written as though it was intended for the staff to do instead of the customer and included steps like accounting for reimbursements. Maybe this is typical for U Haul now but I've never had to do that before. The location itself is a gas station so good luck if you need moving material or straps.
