Jackie BAmazing customer service friendly staff
Kewanna TThere was a misunderstanding on the furniture pads. I did not know it was a rental I thought I was buying them. I talked to the rep yesterday and said sorry I’ll bring them in today. I see this morning that my card was charged for the pads. Ug, I told him yesterday that I was bringing them in, they should have waited to charge me, now I have to hassle with reversing the charges.
