Give full and accurate instructions before I need to pick up my vehicle. Incorrect information delayed my time slot by over 1 hr along with shortening my overall rental time. Your app needs to perform better, I took pictures of damage in the truck but it would not upload so I had to give misinformation to move forward.

First time I haul renter so maybe some error on my part. Arrived at 8:50 and waited until the store was open at 9 when I went into the store and was told promptly “do the check in on your phone”. Already did the online pre check in before any of this so I thought it would be quick so no worries. Went through the phone check in and waited up to 40 minutes where 2 people came and got there uhauls as I was waiting. Some area manager (I think his name was Aaron) was there and He was trying to help me after 10 or so minutes. I got my uhaul after Aaron was finally able to help me somehow and wasn’t getting kicked out Of the system like he was earlier

I was unable to pick up truck at 8am bc no one would assist me via phone or app. I waited one hour and had to go in the store to pick it up when they opened at 9am. The dolly zip ties were broken upon recovering the truck. I mentioned this on my return report and they still charged me.

Was told store opened at 8 am by UHaul rep. Showed up at 8 and it didn't open until 8:30. Ordered an appliance dolly. When arrived, store clerk said they didn't have one, creating a nightmare of a moving day.

I did my entire reservation online, including the vehicle inspection where I got to submit pictures of previous scrapes and marks on the vehicle. This was great! The friendly, young lady at the counter completed my transaction and gave me the keys to the van. Upon return, she inspected the van, let me know the final total and let me know the receipt was emailed to me. She even offered a printed receipt which I believe was because of some previous negative reviews, so I said yes to the printed receipt. Great service without any issues on a Saturday afternoon!

Lady that rented my truck to me was rude and didn’t listen to me when I asked for a copy of contract she told me that I didn’t need it because she emailed a copy to me. I explained that I didn’t use e-mail that much and I lived in the country and my internet didn’t work that well. I had to ask 3 times and finally reluctantly she gave me my copy of contract. When another customer was there she wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence didn’t say I will be right with you. Just ignored my presence until customer walked out the door. Very slow and not friendly at all. Definitely will never be back !!!!!!!!!!

This location that we rented from the lady was all over the place kind of rude first walked in the was vacuuming and when she saw us walk in she stop cause she was don’t answer she said yes and I told her we were wanting to rent and she turned and started wrapping up the cord for the vacuum and expected us to keep talking to her about a reservation and was just unprofessional then she was doing a lot at once they when it got down to paying she didn’t know what to do about a 100 fee it made us feel uncomfortable that she didn’t know what she was doing and we trusting her with all of our information and our money . I wanted to leave but we honestly need to pick up our couch and take it to a storage to leave back out of town and she didn’t explain the return process good so we were confused when we returned it had to call a number on the website

Because the truck size I reserved, my reservation was moved to this location where the trucks are parked behind a very small strip mall in tight spaces. The furniture dollies I reserved through uhaul were also unavailable at this location. I needed to move a piano and needed two. I was told I could rent two dollies from the store for a $50 deposit for each dolly. Being on a time crunch I did. When I presented my license to the employee, she told me that are unable to process out-of-state drivers licenses at this location (nowhere mentioned in my changed reservation). I then presented my military ID and voila, the system was able to process my license! After I finished checking out I had to drive to the back to get the truck I reserved with no instructions given to where to park or even which truck. . The clerk left the $100 dollies outside of their back door with no supervision. Anyone could have taken the dollies in the time it took me to get my parking situation settled. Finally got on my way and to the piano and wouldn’t you know, the dollies were different heights and sizes making an already difficult move even more difficult. Never again at this location.
