This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with uhaul. I got there and the lady was telling me they were double booked and didn’t have any of the equipment I purchased. I still have not been reimbursed for the things I paid for and they didn’t have.
Melissa HI had a great experience at this location. There was an easy pick up process and drop off was easier. I've had bad experiences with other various U-Haul locations, but this location impressed me. Employees were very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this location.

Wendy BI texted UHal and asked to extend rental and they said yes but when I got to the location they said no. I also purchased furniture pads when setting up the rental and the location didn't have them and still charged me! Lastly I was at location to pick up my rental and getting through the line took 30 minutes! Now I have to rent another truck tomorrow!
