Reserved an appliance dolly online the night before and paid for it but when we arrived at the location, the dolly wasn’t available. The upside is that the clerk was kind, accommodating, and worked with us but the tool not being available for our specific need that day was a bummer.

Hunter GNot the location, but the app takes very long to load. I made it way before the drop off time and it kept endlessly loading. I had all bars and I had 5g. Felt almost on purpose once it finally loaded at 8:05pm (drop off time at 8:00pm, got there at 7:40pm). Didn't enjoy the anxiety if they'd charge me late fees. Just doesn't look good.
