Not the location, but the app takes very long to load. I made it way before the drop off time and it kept endlessly loading. I had all bars and I had 5g. Felt almost on purpose once it finally loaded at 8:05pm (drop off time at 8:00pm, got there at 7:40pm). Didn't enjoy the anxiety if they'd charge me late fees. Just doesn't look good.
