I pre ordered to have a U-Haul and was not told until I was picking it up they did not have it set up after hours. I was given another U-Haul but it pushed into my moving time. I usually love U-Haul and am so happy with my experiences but this time it was beyond unsatisfactory and inconvenient. I did not enjoy my service this time around
