Kevin VFurniture dolly was not in the truck. I had to go to the office and carry into truck. I didnt like having to use the app to take my own pictures of the vehicle.
VERONICA RI couldn’t retrieve the key for the van because it was still in the drop box. The hours for the storage company are not correct through U-Haul. This caused a delay in my travel time. I had to call someone to give me a different code to retrieve the key.
