The woman who helped us was fantastic! She was friendly and efficient. Plus there was a great food truck in the parking lot with delicious fish tacos! We'll definitely rent from here again even though it isn't the closest location to where we live.

The service was outstanding, however I prefer to have a full service store available with mattress covers, boxes, packing tape etc. available for purchase. This is the business model I believe is better serving my needs. I had to go to a different location to buy a mattress cover. This was incontinent. That said, the people here were great !!!

It sucks that for a 117 mile trip I was given 120 miles before being charged extra per mile. You think you could give someone 10 miles extra. What if they can't find the location parking like the drop of for me. What if the gas station to refuel is a few miles away?

Treat your customers with respect. There is no reason to be rude or disrespectful ever. I rent many cars and I never get yelled at. No one ever rolls their eyes at me, I have never had a car rental place make me feel like I was doing them a favor by renting from them. There was too much stress going around. The guy who checked me in after the renal was pleasant. The guy who showed me around the truck was pleasant. The woman who checked me in needs a lesson in customer service. I won't mention her name by she was a relative of the owner, he also stopped by to intervene. I never realized it was an ordeal to rent a car.

It's my fault that after I picked up the truck and arrived home then suddenly realized the huge damage in truck roof that is not made by me. I just call this location immediately and also u-haul customer service and they both told me that it's fine and will file that, I'll never be charged by that damage. One week after I return the truck, I just notice u-haul charge me $749 for the previous roof damage!! Even when I already bought the safe-move insurance provided by u-haul!! My family then just keep contact both costumer service and insurance but they keep buck passing and transfer my call here and there but no one came out.

Truck was decent, just had some items from previous customer in it and ashes in the cup holder. Truck smelled like smoke. The lady that I picked up from was very friendly and professional. The Lady I dropped it off with was also very friendly. The great customer service made me overlook the little things. Truck ran great!

Need better customer service skills, make sure that they all say the same answers,never say to a customer we have to call my uncle to confirm that we take cash deposits no matter hat they tell you we cant until I talk to my uncle because we where not to take cash deposits so you have to pay by credit card only. Not to mention how dirty and clutter the store is dust and spider webs. small area to stand and sign your contracts. I feel I should have got a discount just for coming to the store.

Employees unorganized took about 30 minutes to receive uhaul. All equipment was very dirty, location was bad in the middle of grocery store a lot of people bumping into you. Would never get a uhaul from this place.

Did not know what they were doing. Took almost 30 minutes to pull the reservation up on the system, even though I had already completed the online check in. It was raining very hard so the guy doing the walk through just sat in the uhaul and filled out the forms.
