Everything was smooth and easy. Was skeptical due to the previous review but decided to take the risk anyways. No issues here , writing this because there's solely one bad review and I want to help them change perception.

The lock didn’t open. Spent a lot of time with customer service trying different options till finally got it off. No one was at facility. Was completely mobile pick up. Photos would not upload and I could not bypass. Again had to call customer service for a work around
